Adrienne Fox

I'm supporting high-quality instruction and school operations as an Assistant Principal at Kirkwood School District, where I evaluate teacher performance, lead professional development, analyze achievement data, and partner with families to support students.

At Horizons St. Louis-Kirkwood, I direct program activities, staff, schedules, training, budgets, enrichment, and stakeholder communication while helping ensure equitable access for eligible students. I've also coordinated assessments, literacy and STEAM enrichment, field trips, and staff supervision as an Assistant Program Director and Reading Specialist.

My work is grounded in instructional leadership, behavior management, relationship-building, and student success. I bring experience leading PLCs, using MTSS and benchmarking data, delivering K–5 reading and math interventions, and advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion through professional development and school-wide Black History Month events.
