I’m a Virtual Assistant and planner focused on improving productivity through digital tools, remote collaboration, and meticulous coordination. My background centers on delivering accurate, timely support while keeping day-to-day operations organized and moving forward.

In my current planner/virtual assistant role, I handle scheduling and booking monitoring, respond professionally to inquiries, and provide 24/7 chat support for clients with mental health concerns and crisis situations. I also maintain accurate records of appointments, bookings, inquiries, and relevant information, while collaborating with care team members to support seamless service delivery.

Before this, I built a strong foundation in fast-paced service through hospitality and kitchen operations, including Commis III work and BOH support. From inventory management and mise en place to catering preparation and staff meals, I developed discipline, attention to detail, and reliable follow-through—skills I bring directly to administrative support, organization, and customer-facing responsiveness.
