What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an entry-level Virtual Assistant role where I can use my organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

At Whiskey Park, I built client rapport, managed inquiries, and supported sales operations. I also coordinated daily workflows and handled data entry, basic invoicing, and EOD sales reporting in Excel.

As a Customer Service Representative, I assisted Walmart customers through chat and email with order tracking, returns, refunds, and other inquiries. I later worked as a Line Cook at Lamari Restaurant & Hotel, preparing food and supporting kitchen operations under quality, timing, and safety standards.
