What I'm looking for

I'm looking for software engineering work where I can build and support production systems, integrate APIs, automate infrastructure, and apply structured testing and evidence-based quality checks.

I'm leading engineering and database operations for NLGRB's e-Licensing System, a Django, Vue.js, and PostgreSQL platform for licensing, payments, verification, approvals, and reporting.

I integrate REST services with regulatory systems including URA, NIRA, and URSB, troubleshooting OAuth client credentials, bearer tokens, payloads, logging, and failure responses.

I also automate PostgreSQL and Microsoft SQL Server backup and recovery across VPN-connected Linux servers, operate Docker-based deployments, and build Prometheus/Grafana monitoring for production services.

Previously at Sybyl Limited, I supported enterprise applications for utilities and banking clients across Uganda, Kenya, and India. I diagnose production issues, manage migrations, and lead UAT, training, and post-change verification.
