What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build secure, reliable software products where I can work on backend systems, APIs, cloud-native infrastructure, data-driven applications, and meaningful digital services while continuing to mentor teams and grow technically.

At Yoya Technologies, I lead development and production support for OnePayX and IRAS V3/V4, payment platforms serving merchants, government institutions, financial organizations, and users across Uganda.

I build secure REST APIs and backend integrations for mobile money, banks, government payment systems, and third-party financial services. I also investigate production incidents, analyze MSSQL transactions and logs, automate releases with GitHub Actions and Docker, and help maintain approximately 99.9% platform availability.

I've contributed to health technology, agricultural products, AI initiatives, and data science projects, including a 99% accurate local-language identification model and a real-time flood monitoring system. I enjoy turning operational requirements into secure, maintainable systems while sharing knowledge with teams and mentoring emerging developers.
