What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue improving O2C and collections operations through client collaboration, reporting, automation, and process improvement, ideally in an international environment supporting Nordic markets.

At Infosys BPM on the EY account, I manage collections and dunning for a large portfolio of Norwegian customer accounts, following up on overdue invoices and receivables across thousands of customers.

I'm the primary operational contact for EY, leading recurring performance meetings, preparing collection and outstanding-receivables reporting, and helping the team resolve complex cases. I also train and onboard colleagues supporting Sweden, Denmark, and Finland.

I've worked with development teams to implement automations, including overdue-invoice submissions to debt collection agencies and mass bankruptcy checks, while using AI-supported tools to speed up analysis and repetitive operational work.
