At EdonyDev, I manage IT projects from client requirements through final delivery. I translate business needs into technical specifications and workflows, coordinate a team of 10 developers across concurrent projects, and support business operations and project prioritization.
As Co-Founder of TransParto L.L.C., I designed and built a digital transport platform, including its database, frontend, and backend. I developed and launched a web platform, mobile application, and public-facing websites, with workflows for onboarding, transport posting, matching, and communication.
As Co-Founder of Leton L.L.C., I designed and built the architecture for project management software and translated project management principles into digital workflows. I launched the platform and continue refining its systems.
For Akademia Stublla – 1584” (IAS), I designed and implemented digital infrastructure, launched websites and a community app, and standardized donation, sponsorship, and reporting workflows. My approach draws on requirements engineering and CONOPS-driven planning, from identifying a problem through execution.
