At ADP, I oversee privacy governance, third-party risk and compliance programs supporting business operations across more than 140 countries. I designed and implemented a structured data-retention and purge remediation pipeline that contributed to a 60% reduction in the historical backlog.
As a Privacy Steward Designee and Privacy Control Owner, I oversee privacy control effectiveness and Transfer Impact Assessments for third-party onboarding in new jurisdictions. I also develop and review Records of Processing Activities and policy templates, identifying governance gaps and coordinating improvements.
I lead risk assessments across 180+ vendors worldwide, covering due diligence, Anti-Bribery & Corruption assessments and compliance audits. I coordinate remediation of audit findings and present risk assessments, program progress and recommendations to senior executives.
Previously, I provided EHS regulatory advisory and audit support at Infopro Digital Group, and independent legal and regulatory consulting focused on privacy, data protection and compliance. My experience also includes managing international conferences and legal cases, alongside a law degree and postgraduate study in environmental fields.
