At HackOnTech, I own backend and platform systems for B2B/G2G NGO platforms serving 50k–100k DAU and 500–800 RPS peak traffic. I led a 0-to-1 overhaul into six high-throughput microservices, enabled zero-downtime releases, and reduced failed cross-service operations by 80%.

I've cut core PostgreSQL and Redis query latency from 30+ seconds to under one second, reduced payment failures from about 5% to 2%, reclaimed 25% of AWS spend, and brought MTTR down from roughly 45 minutes to under 10 minutes through observability.

I also build React applications and open-source tooling end to end, including Kisan Diary, Vidx, product-feedback applications, and an orchestration runtime with resumable execution and retries. Earlier, I delivered backend platforms for university, government, healthcare, and payment systems at Creative IT Park and GeekGenix.
