What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead ERP-driven digital transformation in manufacturing—owning governance, requirements, change, and data/BI to standardize processes and improve decision-making through Power BI and KPI-based dashboards.

I’m a results-driven Digital Transformation and IT Leader with extensive experience in ERP implementation, enterprise applications, and business process optimization across textile and apparel operations. I’ve led organization-wide ERP transformations including DataTex NOW Textile ERP, Infor M3, Prottay ERP, and Prottay-related implementations spanning merchandising, supply chain, production, inventory, finance, commercial, HR, and management reporting.

I focus on aligning technology strategy with business objectives to improve operational efficiency, data visibility, process standardization, and decision-making. I’ve built ERP governance frameworks and SOPs, led ERP support and continuous improvement, and delivered analytics-driven transformation using Power BI and KPI-based executive dashboards while managing risk, change, requirements analysis, workflow design, and cross-functional teams.
