What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote opportunity in Finance, Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Billing, or Finance Operations. I’m looking to leverage my 9+ years of experience in invoicing, customer coordination, payments, documentation, and reporting while continuing to grow in a global remote team.

I've supported Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable operations at PT Loyal Indonesia Utama, a manufacturing and distribution company for electrical products. I processed 100–150 customer invoices monthly, managed billing administration for more than 50 active customer accounts, and maintained complete documentation for internal control and audit readiness.

I coordinate with customers, suppliers, management, Finance, Sales, Purchasing, and Warehouse teams on invoicing, payment monitoring, purchase orders, delivery schedules, and financial records. Using Abiwin ERP, I generate invoices and e-Faktur, verify payments and supplier invoices, maintain vendor documentation, and help ensure billing and purchasing processes comply with company procedures.
