At Addverb Technologies, I coordinate end-to-end robotics and warehouse automation projects for clients including Reliance, Lenskart, Blinkit, Tata Motors, and DHL. I manage project timelines, resource planning, vendor coordination, and project risks.
I maintain project governance through progress reports, action trackers, and site checklists, and prepare risk logs and site reports. I also manage vendor and client cashflow sheets and raise client invoices aligned with project milestones.
At the Bureau of Indian Standards, I contributed to pre-standardization work on sustainability for wearable electronic devices and e-textiles, analyzing more than 50 global standards. In personal projects, I developed a LoRa-based underground mine monitoring system and an interactive Power BI e-commerce sales dashboard.
