I work as a Functional Associate on ERP implementation and support projects, owning requirement gathering, gap analysis, configuration, solution design, data migration, testing, end-user training, and post-production support to keep business processes running smoothly.
In my current role, I analyze business requirements and implement ERP solutions across SCM, Inventory, and Production, along with CRM modules. I configure, customize, and test functionalities, coordinate with technical and cross-functional teams to deliver enhancements, run functional testing/UAT, and support pre- and post-deployment activities. Earlier, I built and monitored quality standards as a Quality Engineer, investigating issues, troubleshooting production problems, and driving corrective actions and improvements.
