Working on support and development project for US based MNC, solving day-to-day issues, process improvement, training users, and optimizing Baan system. Also worked on customization and development in manufacturing, distribution, and warehousing modules.

Worked on primary support and development project for client migrating from Baan to Infor LN ERP 10.5.1. Solved day-to-day errors on ServiceNow, guided end users, and suggested modifications to streamline LN transactions.
