I’m a results-driven Operations & Coordination Professional with 3+ years of progressive experience in academic leadership, digital learning systems, stakeholder communication, and AI-assisted workflows. In my current role as Head of Department – Social Science & Humanities at Vibrant Academy, I spearheaded curriculum planning and academic coordination for 200+ students and a team of 6+ faculty members, streamlining reporting workflows to improve departmental efficiency.

I’ve also managed end-to-end coordination of 5+ academic events annually, implemented technology-integrated digital classroom systems and online collaboration tools, and led structured performance evaluations and mentoring sessions.
