Previously at NGOFeed, I improved the Create Product API response time by 45% through Prisma query tuning and parallel database operations. I also implemented AWS S3 media and legal-document pipelines and secured 25+ endpoints with JWT authentication, RBAC, and permission-scoped invitations.
