I’m a recruitment-focused BBA (Healthcare Management) student building hands-on experience in end-to-end talent acquisition within a hospital environment. I handle candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding for clinical, paramedical, and non-clinical needs.

In my current role as an HR Intern at Max Smart Super Speciality Hospital, Saket, I own recruitment for paramedical and support categories and closely coordinate clinical hiring for Senior Residents (SRs) and Resident Medical Officers (RMOs). I maintain Excel-based recruitment trackers for candidate pipelines and hiring metrics, and I act as a primary point of contact for candidates and stakeholders through offer and joining.

I also drive HR operations, including leading onboarding documentation and conducting employee file audits to support NABH compliance readiness. Earlier, as a Talent Acquisition Manager (Intern) at Optifusion Technologies, I led a team of 6 interns and managed hiring databases and trackers across the recruitment lifecycle, while supporting accurate hiring updates to leadership.
