At ISA-VESIT, I developed the official inventory management app for tracking hardware, sending due date notifications, and improving inventory visibility. I also created a member engagement app with council information, workshop schedules, and personalized issue history.
At Star Union Dai-Ichi Life Insurance, I led research and recommendations for migrating the app from Kotlin and Swift to a hybrid framework. I also collaborated with the team on a UI/UX redesign in Figma.
I built AI Data Incident Investigator, an LLM-powered agent that investigates data pipeline failures using evidence from logs, dependencies, deployments, and database health. It generates structured reports with severity, confidence, and uncertainty analysis.
I also built Grievance Redressal System, an agentic AI system that handles grievances from intake to resolution through multi-agent orchestration. It classifies cases, routes them to departments, and assigns officers with decision explainability.
