What I'm looking for

I seek roles where I can lead capacity-building and sustainable construction initiatives, collaborate with communities and NGOs, and influence policy and practice through research, training, and hands-on project delivery.

I am a sustainability and capacity-building specialist with eight years of experience in community development, climate-responsive design, eco-friendly construction, and the built environment. I lead project management, coordination with grassroots organizations, and networking across local communities to advance sustainable and context-driven building practices.

I have delivered capacity-building programs, workshops, technical manuals, and training for professionals, students, and artisans, and led design and project-management efforts for sustainable development initiatives. I have supported CSR-funded projects through donor communication, fund allocation tracking and progress reporting.

My research and consultancy work includes authored proposals and papers (Tar Village Rehabilitation shortlisted for Western Himalayas Conservation Grants 2024), material-focused experimentation with rammed earth and composite clay blocks, and curriculum and syllabus development for academic programs in conservation and digital heritage.
