Established the clinic part-time in 2008 alongside employed roles; now provide independent clinical care in aesthetics, skin health, menopause education and health coaching. Manage the digital patient journey using ANS for EPRs, booking, consent, clinical photographs, treatment plans and follow-up.

Delivered remote adult ADHD assessment, prescribing and medication-management care using structured digital workflows and the Chrysalis EPR. Completed DIVA diagnostic assessments, treatment initiation, stimulant and non-stimulant titration, risk assessment, follow-up through stability, annual reviews and GP shared-care correspondence.

Organised national study days and delivered professional education on clinical decision-making, patient safety and dermatological care.

Provided clinical assessment and triage, worked across multidisciplinary teams, mentored staff and contributed to audit and governance.

Supported the Cerner PowerChart suite and wider clinical-system functionality, including implementation, configuration, integration and troubleshooting. Designed and delivered formal key-user and end-user training and knowledge transfer.

Worked as a clinical subject-matter expert on NHS clinical-system design and deployment projects, including supplier-led work with BT, Fujitsu, GE Healthcare, IDX, Picis and Cerner. Contributed to workflow analysis, process change, application and integration testing, training, go-live and post-go-live support.

Used the Clinical Assessment System (CAS) for telephone triage and developed and piloted a Community Pharmacy pathway within CAS. Trained and supported nurses using the system, combining clinical decision-making with practical pathway and workflow development.

Supported customisation and upgrade of an Order Communications and Request Reporting system at Barnet and Chase Farm NHS hospitals.

Supported testing and deployment of intensive and critical-care clinical systems across hospitals in Europe and North America. Worked with clinical teams during implementation to support safe adoption of technology in high-acuity environments.

Held responsibility for an Order Communications and Request Reporting system in the West Midlands, supporting clinical solution design, workflow review, requirements gathering and demonstrations. Coordinated client activity across testing, key-worker training, go-live preparation and post-go-live support.

Completed an MSc in Health Informatics at South Bank University, London.

Earned an HND in Information Technology from North London University.

Completed the V300 Independent Nurse Prescribing qualification at the University of Essex.
