I've led product design at BuyVal Integrated Business Ltd, turning a startup concept into a production-ready retail platform and establishing its first scalable design system. I also redesigned multi-step onboarding flows to reduce user drop-off and improve account setup completion.

At Klemweb, I took a grocery delivery platform from zero to MVP, designing customer ordering, vendor onboarding, menu management, and order tracking. I partner closely with founders and engineers, using Figma, prototyping, usability testing, and frontend knowledge in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to deliver implementation-ready product experiences.
