I review prescription requests from 20+ HMO partners, compare quotations against approved tariff structures, and recommend cost-effective, tariff-compliant options for approval. I also manage 30+ daily fulfilment requests by updating operational records and monitoring order progress using Zoho Workspace and the Order Management System (OMS), while coordinating with patients and partners to resolve delivery and location issues.

Earlier, as a Project/Client Support Associate at mDoc Healthcare, I coordinated execution of NaviHealth.AI’s outdoor awareness campaign and supported digital health initiatives through facility visits, stakeholder engagement, and implementation guidance. As a Customer Success Associate at Drugstore, I handled 20–30 customer requests daily across digital channels, met a 45-minute service-level target, reviewed prescriptions for OTC recommendations, escalated complex clinical enquiries, and ensured patients received correct counselling and follow-up—while maintaining confidentiality.
