I’m a Product Manager with a healthcare background, trained in product/project fundamentals and driven by a compliance-first mindset. I coordinate dispensing workflows, inventory control, customer service, and daily pharmacy administration with a focus on accuracy, traceability, and process improvement.

Most recently, I led daily dispensing operations—medication review, preparation, labeling, and final verification—while strengthening documentation and safe patient handover. I also coordinated inventory ordering, stock counts, and expiry tracking routines to reduce stock-outs and wastage, and I supported onboarding/training for new staff to improve consistency and reduce errors.

Earlier, as a Pharmacy Assistant and Interim Branch Manager, I handled customer-facing support, POS transactions, daily sales/expense records, and reporting—alongside stock monitoring, shelf organization, and safe storage housekeeping. Across community and clinical settings, I’ve resolved issues through clear stakeholder communication and escalated clinical queries using structured handovers.
