I’m a patient-focused pharmacist with hands-on experience in healthcare customer service, member support, claims processing, and pharmacy operations. I support HMO-driven healthcare delivery by coordinating member-care requests, validating member data, reviewing documentation, and submitting accurate claims to partner HMOs.

In my current role, I counsel customers with empathy, interpret prescriptions, and provide medication-use guidance—always with clear communication about potential side effects and next steps. I also monitor procurement, inventory levels, and pharmacy medication stock to improve service efficiency, reduce overhead costs, and support consistent access to care.

Previously, I managed on-site and online pharmacy operations, strengthened workflow to improve order turnaround and customer satisfaction, and supported procurement and inventory planning through careful data analysis. Earlier, as an intern pharmacist in The Gambia, I assisted with patient consultations, medication counselling, inventory management, and documentation, and helped deliver rural outreach and public health education focused on preventive care and medication safety.
