At PT AAG, I built an AI agent with Python FastAPI and the OpenAI API to support customer inquiries, product information, and booking workflows. I also implemented OTP authentication and payment gateway integrations.

Previously, I developed Laravel-based attendance and HRIS applications at PT Absolute Sinergi Nusantara and PT Paragita Tunas Inspira, including systems used by 80+ active users and 100+ employees. I also maintained a company profile website using WordPress.
