What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a Project Manager role where I can own end-to-end delivery, improve business processes, and keep stakeholders aligned. I want hands-on work with cross-functional teams, clear timelines, and measurable execution.

I’m an International Business Management undergraduate who enjoys turning complex, cross-functional work into clear plans, repeatable processes, and aligned execution. I’ve built my experience across international teams in Japan and Indonesia through end-to-end coordination, documentation, and stakeholder communication.

In my Corporate Planning internship at ASO College Group, I standardized end-to-end business processes across 6+ functions and helped support expansion from 7 to 8 job categories. I also delivered market analysis using competitive intelligence and cross-border reporting, contributing to a ~30% increase in the project pipeline, while redesigning workflows that cut communication cycle time by ~50%.

Alongside project work, I’ve combined strategy and people support—acting as an English–Japanese liaison and evaluating operational needs with a compliance-focused mindset from my experience as an insurance agent.
