What I'm looking for

I am looking for opportunities that allow me to contribute to process improvement and strategic planning in a collaborative environment.

As a recent graduate with a Bachelor of Management from Universitas Airlangga, I am passionate about driving organizational success through strategic planning and process improvement. With a GPA of 3.65/4.00, I have honed my skills in coordination, problem-solving, and team leadership, focusing on delivering impactful results and fostering growth.

During my internship at Telkom Akses, I analyzed and optimized over 10 business processes, identifying inefficiencies and proposing actionable improvements. I collaborated with the IT Department to develop a centralized database for more than 100 business process documents and assisted in the ISO internal audit process by creating impactful presentations and compiling detailed reports. My achievements include being a Top 10 National Finalist in the L’Oreal Brandstorm 2024 and a Top 10 International Finalist in the Global Investment Banking Valuation Olympiad 2021.
