I've supported patient records and medication reconciliation at Prisma Health, conducting ER medication histories and documenting them in Epic EHR within a high-volume inpatient pharmacy.

My work spans hospital, retail, and compounding settings, including Hoag Hospital, Imprimis Pharmaceuticals, La Vita Compounding Pharmacy, and Austin's Pharmacy. I've prepared sterile and non-sterile compounded products, IV admixtures, anesthesia trays, and emergency medication kits while following USP <797> standards and clean-room procedures.

At La Vita Compounding Pharmacy, I trained technicians and interns, maintained ISO 5-8 clean-room and quality assurance documentation, and managed medication ordering, receiving, and barcode tracking. I've also coordinated prior authorizations with provider offices and insurance payers.

I'm bilingual in English and Spanish and currently pursuing a B.S. in Health Information Management at the University of South Carolina Upstate. I bring hands-on clinical documentation, compliance, and patient recordkeeping experience to a Health Information Management role.
