I’m a finance and banking operations professional with 5+ years of progressive experience across cash management, GL reconciliation, and branch operations. I’m known for maintaining zero-variance reconciliation records, resolving high-volume transaction discrepancies, and supporting liquidity in multi-branch environments.
In my current role as an Assistant Banking Officer—Reconciliation & Operations at Ecobank Nigeria, I perform daily GL and ATM reconciliations across multiple accounts while ensuring timely resolution of outstanding items in line with CBN and internal compliance standards. I investigate and resolve discrepancies by coordinating with branch teams and back-office units, generate weekly and monthly reconciliation reports for senior management, and help strengthen internal controls by identifying and escalating potential risks from unreconciled entries.
