I provide practical IT support and network troubleshooting, with experience installing, configuring, and maintaining computer equipment and local network infrastructure. Since January 2025, I have supported staff with connectivity and equipment issues, routine maintenance, network monitoring, and IT inventory documentation.

I am pursuing a Master of Computer Applications at Lovely Professional University, with expected completion in October 2027. My cybersecurity training includes six Google courses on Coursera covering foundations, security risk management, network security, Linux and SQL, assets and vulnerabilities, and detection and response. I also practice Linux and networking through TryHackMe.

My portfolio includes Sentinel Log Lab, an AI-assisted educational cybersecurity project with a browser demo and Python CLI for reviewing authentication events. It flags repeated login failures, possible password spraying, and successful logins after failures, with linked evidence and JSON reports. Its findings are investigation leads rather than confirmed attacks.

I also have ongoing audio/video technician experience since October 2020, including Audacity, audio editing, video editing, and audio/video synchronization. I am interested in remote IT support, network support, and entry-level cybersecurity opportunities where I can contribute clear documentation, careful troubleshooting, and continued learning.
