What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a technical support role where I can troubleshoot issues, support customers, and learn SaaS products and support workflows.

At Purple Nexus, I monitored security events and triaged alerts using Splunk and ELK Stack, following structured investigation workflows.

I investigated brute-force attempts, malware indicators, and unusual user activity by reviewing and correlating logs and event data. I documented findings in remediation-focused reports for review and escalation.

During Certified Ethical Hacker training at Blitz Accademy, I practiced troubleshooting in controlled network and web security labs. I used Wireshark to inspect traffic and completed exercises in cryptography, decryption, and web application testing.

I hold a B.Tech from Rajadhani Institute of Science and Technology and have completed SOC, VAPT & DFIR training. I’m looking to apply my troubleshooting, documentation, and security investigation experience in technical support.
