What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can combine customer support and language work—translation, localization, proofreading, and language quality assurance—ideally involving AI-assisted language projects and strong quality standards.

I’m a detail-oriented multilingual professional with over four years of experience in customer support, content review, and translation-related tasks, always focused on accuracy, consistency, and linguistic quality. I’m a native Slovenian speaker with strong command of English and Hungarian.

In my current role, I provide daily customer support to Hungarian-speaking customers via email, chat, and online communication channels. I review and edit written communication for clarity and professional tone, and I translate and adapt customer-facing content between Slovenian, Hungarian, and English when required.

I work extensively with the Re:amaze customer support platform and internal CRM systems, documenting interactions and maintaining accurate records. I’m especially interested in translation, localization, proofreading, language quality assurance, and AI-assisted language projects, and I bring a quality-first, deadline-oriented approach.
