Adam Peer
@adampeer
Full-stack software engineer building React/TypeScript frontends and .NET backends, with a focus on practical machine learning.
What I'm looking for
I build production systems end-to-end—UI, backend, and applied ML. At Dayforce, I lead the build of a new React and TypeScript frontend on a .NET monolith, setting architecture, coding standards, CI/CD, and mentoring a team of seven to ship across releases.
I take ownership from 0-to-1: I authored our React architecture and testing playbook as an org-wide standard, and I helped drive measurable outcomes in performance, test coverage, and engineering velocity. I also work on backend components and lead AI tool adoption on the team.
Before Dayforce, I worked at Valid on SIM/eSIM security applications used by 5M+ subscribers, and at Accenture on Java/Spring Boot REST APIs and a Selenium-based automated testing framework that cut manual testing by 60%. My ML interest is grounded in my Monash thesis on EEG-based seizure detection, and I’m excited by where ML becomes genuinely useful in real-world problems.
