I want a stable, growth-oriented IT support role where I can expand technical skills, take on greater responsibility, and contribute to efficient, user-focused operations.

I am a Service Desk Analyst and BSc Computer Science graduate with hands-on experience in ticketing systems, Microsoft 365 support, hardware repair, and incident ownership. I thrive in high-pressure environments, manage SLAs, and have delivered technical support using ServiceNow, Ivanti and PagerDuty while training colleagues and creating knowledge articles.

I am ITIL 4 Foundation certified and eager to progress my technical career, bringing strong communication, troubleshooting, and customer-service skills. I seek stable, growth-oriented roles where I can continue learning, take on greater responsibility, and contribute to reliable, user-focused IT operations.
