Diagnosed and resolved excessive Amazon RDS CPU utilization by implementing RDS Proxy, reducing load by over 25%. Integrated AWS CDK with LocalStack and Docker Compose for local cloud stack testing, and integrated Split.io feature flagging with Redis on Kubernetes.
