At KT&G Tobacco Products Inc., I manage order-to-delivery operations across multiple sales channels using SAP ERP and Netsis.

I coordinate with distributors, wholesalers, and customers to resolve operational issues, monitor inventory and production schedules, and support uninterrupted service. I also prepare sales performance reports, export forecasts, and supply plans.

I support field sales teams through IDEA Vision+ and analyze pricing, profit and loss, COGS, marketing activities, sales figures, and revenue for customers and export business partners.

Previously, as a Logistics and Planning Intern at Stackpole International, I followed just-in-time shipments, customer and supply planning, import and export documentation, purchase orders, and customs declarations in Canias ERP.
