ACKAH EKYI

I’ve supported real users in IT environments, providing technical support to directorates and departments, setting up workstations and software, and troubleshooting system crashes and malfunctions. I’ve also assisted with supervised networking setup to support ministry operations.

In another internship, I handled practical technical coordination for meter installation work—recording old and new meter details, setting up new meters, documenting replacements/removals, and keeping spreadsheet records for supervisors and senior staff. Alongside this, I’m building my foundation through my BSc in Computer Science and strengthening my toolkit with certifications including Artificial Intelligence Fundamentals (IBM Skillsbuild) and DevOps Engineering (Microsoft Learn).

I’m drawn to roles where I can combine hands-on support with modern engineering—bridging IT reliability with development. With experience and interest across DevOps, AI model training, web development (frontend & backend), UI/UX design, and desktop app development, I aim to contribute quickly, communicate clearly, and keep systems running smoothly.
