I fell into development through curiosity about how websites communicate with other systems, and I’ve stayed focused on backend engineering ever since. I enjoy turning messy systems into clean, reliable services—especially when multiple systems and teams have to work together smoothly.
As a Back End Developer at Telkom University’s IT Directorate, I manage 3–5 web applications at the same time, building RESTful APIs with Laravel. I integrate external systems, handle request/response flows and errors, and strengthen protection with authentication and data encryption.
I’m also data- and quality-minded: I debug and troubleshoot production issues, implement validation and security, and optimize code structure and configuration based on best practices. In parallel, I’ve built improvements that reduced recurring issues and improved API response times through more maintainable design.
Earlier, I worked as a QA Engineer using Cypress for manual and automated testing, which sharpened my attention to code quality from both sides. I continue to collaborate closely with frontend developers to streamline API integration, and I’m excited to go deeper into backend system design and scalability while carrying forward that QA mindset.
