BangladeshI designed and launched production websites for Icon Facility Services, Australia and UGS Travels. I created reusable service and destination data models, and added quote-request and WhatsApp enquiry workflows.
On Bangladesh Legal NLP Research, I built a pipeline to collect, clean, and validate court judgments and legislation, then evaluated retrieval against a standard search baseline. I also evaluated LLMs on Bengali health questions for my thesis and co-authored an IEEE publication.

Designed and launched a corporate website for a commercial cleaning and facility management company, including 12 service pages, company information and quote-request workflows. Developed a shared service-data architecture for reusable page templates, optimizing images and structured metadata for search performance.
UGS Travels
Designed and deployed a production website for an international travel agency serving 16 destination markets and 4 core service categories, with destinations and services structured as reusable data models. Implemented a WhatsApp-focused enquiry workflow in which every card generates a pre-filled message.
