I’m a results-driven Data Analyst with experience in data collection, cleaning, exploratory data analysis (EDA), dashboard development, and business reporting. I’m skilled at transforming raw, complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that help teams make better, faster decisions.

In my recent work, I collected and structured 2,000+ survey responses, improved data usability by 100%, and built an interactive Excel dashboard for customer satisfaction across 5 service categories. I used pivot table analysis to identify the top dissatisfaction drivers—response time, product quality, and billing issues—and I presented recommendations to stakeholders to support service delivery improvements.

I also completed a freelance sales analytics project using 10,000+ transaction records, where I cleaned and standardized data and delivered an interactive KPI dashboard for revenue, average order value, and regional trends. I’m especially excited by business intelligence and visualization work—building Tableau dashboards (including energy and CO₂ insights) and delivering findings that make performance patterns easy to understand.
