I am a motivated and compassionate individual with a strong foundation in health and social care, complemented by hands-on experience in NHS services and community education. My enthusiasm for beginning a career in pharmacy services stems from my desire to combine my healthcare knowledge with my customer service skills. I am particularly drawn to the Apprentice Pharmacy Assistant role at Siddique Pharmacy, where I can benefit from a structured development pathway while contributing to community wellbeing.

In my previous role as a customer executive officer with the COVID-19 Vaccination Support Team, I provided essential customer service support to patients by managing vaccination appointments. This experience honed my ability to liaise effectively with healthcare professionals and the public, ensuring smooth operations in a high-pressure environment. I pride myself on my professionalism, confidentiality, and effective communication skills, which I believe are crucial in the healthcare sector.

Additionally, my experience as an Arabic and Islamic Studies Teacher at Masjid Noorul Islam allowed me to develop strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. I planned lessons and adapted materials to cater to different learning styles, fostering a nurturing and inclusive environment for my students. My ongoing studies in classical Islamic sciences reflect my commitment to lifelong learning and personal growth.
