I am a product-focused software engineer with real-world startup experience building and operating production systems used by live businesses. I own features end-to-end, from concept and prototyping through development, testing, deployment, and post-release support.

I founded and built a full-stack retail POS platform, creating cashier terminal software and an administrative dashboard while validating the product through live in-store deployment. I targeted underserved small businesses and delivered enterprise-grade features with hands-on support.

In my role at Kaizen Technology I contributed to 10+ live production web platforms and led end-to-end QA for an appointment management system, performing functional, regression, and edge-case validation. I focus on usability, performance, and reliability, using structured manual testing and automation tools to ensure production readiness.

I rapidly adapt to new domains, emphasizing quality, validation, and user-focused refinement, and I bring hands-on development paired with thorough testing and verification to continuously improve products.
