I've conducted plant-quality research at Jordan University of Science and Technology, evaluating GABA treatment effects on parsley maturation, freshness, and post-harvest quality.

As a volunteer research assistant in Asma'a Albakri’s lab, I perform dosing and injection procedures, monitor experimental conditions, take regular measurements, and record observations for accurate data collection. My laboratory experience also includes venipuncture, patient sample handling, diagnostic assays, hematology, biochemistry, histology, microbiology, and blood bank techniques at King Abdullah University Hospital.

I've also supported customers at Crystel through phone and digital channels, resolving inquiries with empathy and clear communication. Outside the lab, I lead media documentation for the Nommo Student Team and create photo, video, and digital content.
