I’m a Computer Engineer at MGM Inc, focused on practical, end-to-end technology support. I manage “the corporation’s Mobile App and Social media accounts” while also handling “ICT Infrastructure” ownership through “installation and upgrades of firmware & software” and “technical support for employee and endusers.” I also produce “ICT related security features” and keep things running with reliable, report-driven execution.

My work is grounded in cybersecurity training and real security responsibilities. I completed an “Associate of Applied Science AAS Cybersecurity” and I apply “computer security techniques and cyber laws” to the systems I manage, including “ICT infrastructure risk analysis.” I’m also “Zscaler Cloud Administrator Certified,” which supports my approach to secure connectivity and cloud-delivered controls.

I bring hands-on experience across networking and identity management. I perform “WAN and LAN administration and management,” manage “Active Directory Management,” and support “Onsite management of Servers.” I’m responsible for “TR Upgrade of network infrastructure” and help ensure systems are stable, secure, and ready for day-to-day operations.

Before moving deeper into IT, I built discipline through roles that demanded attention to detail, safety, and service. From “Nutrition Services” to hospitality maintenance and “Housekeeping coordinator,” I learned how to follow standards, coordinate repairs, and stay accountable—habits I carry into my current support and infrastructure work with the same urgency and care.
