I’m a patient-centered Registered Nurse providing high-quality care to critically ill patients transitioning from the ICU. My focus is on patient assessment, care planning, and optimizing outcomes through calm, clear bedside communication.

In my current ICU stepdown role at Penn Medicine Princeton-Princeton, I deliver direct patient care—administering medications, monitoring vital signs, assisting with daily activities, and evaluating patient responses to interventions. I manage and prioritize multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment while maintaining sterile techniques during procedures and treatments.

I collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams and educate patients and their families on disease management, medication administration, and self-care. I also support safe, effective treatment by assisting physicians during procedures and ensuring I have the necessary equipment and supplies ready.

Beyond clinical practice, I bring leadership experience from over a decade in retail management, strengthening my communication, time management, and ability to stay organized under pressure. I’m known for interdisciplinary collaboration, a supportive bedside presence, and a commitment to continuous improvement in patient outcomes.
