I've delivered high-acuity care at Hackensack University Medical Center's critical care unit since 2018, providing continuous assessment, advanced life support, ventilator management, and medication administration.

As a charge nurse, I oversee unit operations, staffing, and bed flow while serving as a clinical resource for staff. I also conduct chart audits aligned with hospital and Joint Commission standards and support onboarding, competency validation, and evidence-based practice updates.

At Rockland and Bergen Surgery Center, I provide post-anesthesia care for patients recovering from moderate sedation, regional, and general anesthesia. I manage airway patency and complications while educating patients and families on post-operative care, medications, and discharge instructions.

Across telemetry and rehabilitation settings, I've administered therapies, responded to changing patient conditions, coordinated interdisciplinary care, and supported patients and families through treatment and transitions of care.
