I’m a Registered Nurse who maintains high-quality care for ICU stepdown and intermediate-care patients. I monitor critically ill patients on IV drip medications for sedation and track vital signs like heart rate and blood pressure, with Q1 assessments.
I’ve managed central lines for quality and safety, and I escalate patients to the ICU based on level of care by coordinating with the rapid response team. I also float PRN across units, supporting both day and night shift needs while encouraging team unity and accountability.
In cardiac med-surg, I assessed patients, developed and evaluated care plans, and worked closely with a multidisciplinary team.
