I’m seeking international remote opportunities in telecom billing, revenue assurance, revenue protection, billing analysis, or telecom business analysis.

At TELKOMANAGED SERVICES (TELKOMS), I coordinate billing operations and client management across telecommunications services, including voice interconnect and bulk SMS. I investigate billing discrepancies by reviewing traffic data, invoices, commercial rates, and call detail records.

I use Oracle SQL and SQL Developer to investigate billing data and support validation, reconciliation, and reporting. I also prepare revenue and budget-versus-actual analyses to help inform business planning and management reviews.
