At Infinite Computers Solution, I delivered L2 support for Nokia 4G/5G Packet Core, helping maintain network availability and SLA compliance. I handled lifecycle activities including integration validation, software upgrades, and post-upgrade checks.
I resolved subscriber registration, session, mobility, and data-connectivity issues through 4G/5G call-flow analysis and Wireshark. My work included tracing signaling across core network interfaces and protocols.
At Vodafone Idea Limited, I supported 4G Packet Core and IoT/M2M services, including enterprise connectivity and Private APNs. I managed network elements and services such as SGSN, MME, GGSN, SGW, PGW, and PCRF.
I also investigated multi-vendor incidents with OEM teams and performed KPI and alarm monitoring, fault isolation, and RCA. As a PKC TAC Intern at Vodafone Idea Limited, I supported Cisco PKC nodes and managed OEM tickets.
