I design Kubernetes observability for cloud-native signaling applications including SLF, SCP, and SEPP, using Prometheus alerting and Grafana dashboards to track cluster health, CNF performance, availability, latency, and signaling KPIs.
Across LTI Mindtree, Mavenir, HCL Technologies, and Ericsson, I've supported 4G, 5G Core, IMS, and VoLTE production environments through deployment, performance testing, incident management, network changes, and observability-driven root-cause analysis.
